Non-profit principles
As a foundation with legal personality, Agape Hijau Abadi has no shareholders and distributes no profit to its founder, Pembina, Pengurus, Pengawas, employees, or any other party.
All assets of the foundation — including the initial assets set aside by the founder, donations, and other income — are used solely to achieve the aims and objectives of the foundation in the social, humanitarian, and religious fields as set out in the Akta Pendirian.
Should the foundation be dissolved, its remaining assets will be transferred to another legal entity with similar aims and objectives, in accordance with the Law on Foundations.
Financial transparency policy
The Pengurus prepares records of the receipt and use of funds for each financial year, and those reports are examined by the Pengawas and submitted to the Pembina in accordance with the mechanism of the foundation's organs.
Fieldwork is documented in an annual activity report, including photographs and a description of how each program was carried out. A summary of activities is published on the Activities page.
